Compensation: $70k-$99k base salary (negotiable)
Location: This position is onsite in Anaheim, CA.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager's duties include ensuring the safety of field personnel assigned to projects, managing field labor productivity, quality assurance, and coordination.
- Implement safety policies and procedures at jobsites and the fabrication shop, and train all personnel in safety practices.
- Document site safety reviews for visited projects.
- Lead New Hire Orientation for all employees.
- Conduct live training for Competent Persons (e.g., Confined Space, Fall Protection, Excavation and Trenching).
- Keep all documentation up to date.
- Ensure all programs and policies are in place and being followed.
- Conduct accident investigations.
- Effectively apply our methodology and enforce standards.
- Develop relationships with clients to build trust.
- Lead by example and foster a safety culture through coaching and counseling.
- Be available during high-risk activities, such as crane work.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prefer a minimum of 3 to 5 years of construction experience in safety management for large commercial and industrial projects.
- HS Diploma or equivalency required.
- Minimum of 5 years of safety experience.
- Understanding of OSHA and Cal-OSHA regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, email).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- OSHA 500 Certification, or the ability to attain certification within 6 months.
- 1st Aid/CPR trained.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with the Company Loss Control Team.
