Superintendent, Tenant
Division 20 Charlotte, NC Summary
Responsible for managing profitability and crew production on sprinkler system installation projects as required to successfully complete the project on schedule. Provides guidance and resolves installation conflicts to maintain installation schedules, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage multiple projects and make recommendations in response to changing conditions to meet contract schedules.
- Develop and update weekly, 3-month, and 6-month job schedules, tracking project schedules, including start date, pipe on job date, end dates, test dates, and all other milestones.
- Hire and supervise field crews and coordinate schedules, managing labor hours and costs.
- Coordinate material deliveries, delivery and pick up of installation equipment, and monitor all job-related costs.
- Conduct site visit walk throughs and coordinate inspections and test dates.
- Represent the company in meetings with general contractor, owner, property manager, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and regulatory agencies for project schedules, test dates, progress reports, change orders, or other information.
- Attend project kick off meetings and work closely with Sales/Project Manager and design team on project specifications, billings, and change orders.
- Complete and maintain truck tool inventories.
- Administer good construction safety practices and comply with all site-specific

Pre-employment Drug screen and clean MVR.Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. NICET Certification II, III preferred.Computer Skills
Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
