At BluSky, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers in emergency fire and water property loss situations. Our team is looking for a highly skilled Fire Damage Restoration Team Lead to join our crew.
About the Role:
This role involves supervising and directing on-site activities, performing advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation, responding to emergency and non-emergency services jobs, completing timely and accurate paperwork, field supervision, and mentorship of restoration technicians and labor.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficiency and progress of most day-to-day field operations.
- Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
- Assist with the daily planning and activity at the project site.
- Ensure crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work.
- Ensure the quality of work being performed meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
- Has awareness of the safety and protection of building occupants and workers on the site at all times.
- Completes inspections of work progress and verifies completion.
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager, Project Director, and customer regarding any current and relevant project conditions, as necessary.
Job Requirements
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the restoration industry and excellent leadership skills. We are looking for someone who can motivate and direct a team of restoration technicians and laborers to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
- 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Understanding of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Maintains a valid and current driver's license; CDL a plus.
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
