We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Life Safety Director to work at one of our client sites in Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will act as a liaison to the NYC Fire Department during emergencies and ensure that all life safety systems and related equipment are fully functional.
Key responsibilities include conducting fire alarm drills, maintaining a written log of critiques, and providing clear direction and information to clients and visitors. The role requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
