Responsibilities

Should you apply? Here’s what we’re looking for:

● You can accurately install and program fire alarm systems. You’re also willing to learn emergency responder radio systems (BDA).

● You can read fire alarm shop drawings and install accordingly. You can also follow a manual if needed.

● You take ownership. We expect our foremen to actively manage their projects and complete them on time with little supervision.

● You’re familiar with NFPA, state, and local fire codes.

● You have a basic knowledge of low voltage electrical systems.

● You have good troubleshooting skills and can use a multimeter.

● You’re good with people. As a foreman, you’ll be working with general contractors, electrical contractors, and our customers.

● You’re willing to provide on-call service for our customers on a rotational basis.

● You can carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.

● You’re willing to travel within NC/SC for day trips.

● You don’t mind working overtime when needed.

● You own basic hand tools.

● You can pass a background check and drug test.

Experience:

  • Fire alarm: 1 year (Required)
