Responsibilities
About the Position
This position requires a strong understanding of fire sprinkler and low voltage system inspections. The successful candidate will have at least two to three years of experience in this field and hold the necessary licensure per state and local requirements or Nicet II in inspection and testing of water-based systems.
- Inspect or review projects to ensure compliance with building and safety codes, NFPA, state, and local codes.
- Knowledge of inspection and testing chemical suppression systems.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

- Ability to pass background checks.
- Reliable transportation and a valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
