Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
✅ Patrol and Secure Premises – Conduct routine patrols of the construction site to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
✅ Monitor Activity – Observe and report any suspicious behavior, security breaches, or unsafe conditions.
✅ Access Control – Ensure only authorized personnel enter the construction site by verifying credentials and enforcing security protocols.
✅ Incident Response – Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
✅ Surveillance & Reporting – Document all security-related incidents, write detailed reports, and communicate effectively with supervisors and site management.
✅ Equipment & Hazard Checks – Inspect security systems, fencing, lighting, and perimeters to ensure proper functionality and report any safety concerns.
✅ Enforce Site Regulations – Warn violators of rules, trespassing laws, and potential hazards. If necessary, escort unauthorized individuals off the premises.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
✔ Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields preferred.
✔ Familiarity with security procedures and equipment, including radios, CCTV, and access control.
✔ Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks as needed.
✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
✔ Valid California Guard Card (Required).
✔ Reliable transportation to the worksite.
Construction site security experience is a plus!
