The Administrative Assistant assist with providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Compensation:
- $25.00 - $35.00 hourly depending on experience and qualifications
- Full-time position
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to pass post offer drug test.
Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Occupy front desk area during scheduled times.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Ensure they are directed to the correct people.
- Notify appropriate personnel waiting for visitor or customer.
- Update dashboard on a daily basis.
- Contact customers in regards to PO’s for completed repairs.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. Open/Close RO’s, partials & billing.
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications whether electronic or in person collecting and mailing correspondence; copying or relaying information to the appropriate persons.
- Handle phone calls from people calling in sick and notify management via email.
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail to the proper persons.
- Ensure reception area is clean per guidelines.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficient in office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- 2+ years of office administrative experience
- Cashiering experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and telephone skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
