Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Inspects various sections of the establishment to ensure safety and patrol the bar
- Monitor the bars occupancy to ensure it doesn't exceed maximum capacity
- Inspect the identification of patrons to prevent underage individuals from entering, monitor entrances and exits
- Resolve conflicts and ensures patrons' welfare
- Guard will work with management to write up reports of incidents at the establishment for record-keeping purposes
- Follows all guidelines and procedures set by the ABC
