Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation of residential and commercial security systems in homes and business locations according to national safety code and in compliance with the contract and scope of work.
- Residential and Commercial Security Systems include Intrusion/Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV Alarms, and Access Control Systems
- Services Required are Installation, System Integration, Maintenance, Monitoring, Inspections, and Assessments, Testing, Consultations, and System Designs.
- Responsible for your own misc. hardware, clerical and electrical tools (from ladders, hand tools, ties/straps, and drill bits to smartphones, computers, printers, etc) to effectively and professionally complete the job in acceptance to the scope and customer.
- The use of the ladders and various types of electrical lifts are required.
- Responsible for reliable truck/ transportation valid vehicle insurance required and up to date maintenance should be performed.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience with Honeywell Security Commercial systems amongst several other popular commercial brands.
- Must have experience with Residential 2gig panels amongst other residential alarm systems.
- Must have valid general low voltage unrestricted or low voltage alarm license for a minimum of 2.0 years, 5.0 years preferred. This license name varies state to state but must be state licensed to install CCTV, Alarm, Fire, and Access Control Systems, and provide copy of license to Company
- Must have appropriate state licenses and system certifications for example EST System Certification Required for EST System Technician
- Must be comfortable servicing and installing security systems statewide.
