Schedule: 3PM to 11AM OR 11PM to 7AM
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job Description:
Superior Protection Services is seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Security Officer to join our team. This role is based in our residential guard shack and is 100% customer-facing. The ideal candidate will possess a warm personality and a genuine desire to assist and interact with residents and visitors while ensuring their safety.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Monitor and control access points to the residential complex.
- Verify visitor credentials and maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing vehicles and guests.
- Provide assistance and information to residents and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence at the guard shack.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents.
- Collaborate with property management and law enforcement as necessary.
Job Requirements
$20 an hourQualifications:
- Valid California Guard Card required. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
