Responsibilities

As a Fire Life Safety Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' environments. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inspections of grounds, buildings, and infrastructure to identify potential fire hazards.
  • Enforcing safety standards and local regulations to protect life and property.
  • Testing and maintaining fire safety equipment, including extinguishers and air compressors, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Advising site representatives on unsafe conditions and recommending improvements to fire safety practices.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must possess Fire Life Safety Director License (F-89, T-89, Z-89).
  • EAP certified, with a current NY State Guard License.
  • Strong knowledge or ability to learn fire inspection operations and procedures.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and logs.
  • Exceptional teamwork abilities and professional composure in challenging situations.
  • Good organizational skills and dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
