Responsibilities
As a Fire Life Safety Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' environments. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inspections of grounds, buildings, and infrastructure to identify potential fire hazards.
- Enforcing safety standards and local regulations to protect life and property.
- Testing and maintaining fire safety equipment, including extinguishers and air compressors, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Advising site representatives on unsafe conditions and recommending improvements to fire safety practices.

Requirements:
- Must possess Fire Life Safety Director License (F-89, T-89, Z-89).
- EAP certified, with a current NY State Guard License.
- Strong knowledge or ability to learn fire inspection operations and procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and logs.
- Exceptional teamwork abilities and professional composure in challenging situations.
- Good organizational skills and dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
