This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site based out of Anaheim, CA.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, accident-free, and healthy work environment.  
  • Applies experience and knowledge to implement and monitor Freeman’s Safety Program in compliance with standards set by the Company as well as federal, state, city, and local requirements.  
  • Supports events produced by Freeman personnel at various venues (within the assigned location) to drive pre-loss prevention by identifying physical or behavioral hazards.
  • Recommends corrective actions or prevention measures where needed.
  • Participates in post-loss prevention investigations of incidents, accidents, and injuries.
  • Helps manage the associated internal and external documentation of those losses.
  • Colloborates with personnel from all departments and their key leaders to communicate ongoing safety concerns, elevates training needs, and participation in Freeman’s Safety program while at show site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma (or similar)
  • 1+ years of experience in similar role.
  • General Loss Control industry knowledge required.
  • Some knowledge of OSHA regulation and other work related legislation required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • ASP; CSP; or safety related certifications preferred.
