Pay Range

$20-$24 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety regulations on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Report findings and safety issues to the Safety Lead.
  • Break down projects to assess and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Manage and complete safety-related paperwork.
  • Observe and learn about construction processes to enhance safety measures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual (preferred).
  • Prior experience in construction, with a focus on safety.
  • Electrical background is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with team members.
  • A caring and protective attitude towards ensuring the safety of others.
  • Experience on job sites and a strong desire to protect people.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Actively engaged in site safety with a hands-on approach.
  • Not necessarily a safety expert, but willing to learn and grow in the role.
  • Passionate about creating a safe work environment for all employees.
