Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chaser to join our dynamic team. The Chaser plays a crucial role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and no client is left behind. This is a on the road position, trusted with a company vehicle to drive from fire to fire and then securing the client to sign (bonus opportunity). We assist every client with top tier customer service to ensure they are taken care of.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,250.00 per week
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Consult with property owners impacted by fire, water, or other large-scale emergency events
- Collaborate with Emergency Response Agencies to implement property recovery plans
- Respond quickly to emergency property situations and handle incoming leads
- Provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need
- Close opportunities on the spot and educate customers about products and services
- Build relationships with customers and local emergency response teams
- Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services
- Monitor and interpret lead sources from emergency notification systems
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to affected property owners
Job Requirements
Clean Abstract (no accidents or violations)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical response, dispatching emergency responders, construction, or insurance
- 1+ years of experience in an outside sales or customer service role
- SALES-ORIENTED and driven to CLOSE opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to get results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay flexible in high-pressure situations
- Strong written communication skills
- Passionate about helping others in times of need
Applicants with prior experience in volunteer fire fighting, police, and security are encouraged.
