About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Pay Range: $34.38 - $54.42

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

Description

Leads and performs technician break/fix functions for security systems equipment (e.g., cameras, access control, alarms), preventative maintenance, and assists in management of new projects. Responsible for supporting security cameras, video management, access control, and intrusion detection systems. Provides instruction and advice for system users internally and externally. Analyzes hardware problems and issues related to the system software. Leads coordination efforts for new security systems projects to provide/develop scope of work and best practice. Responsibilities pertaining to equipment inventory and ensuring all sites have appropriate preventative maintenance and updates for optimal operations. Travels routinely to multiple sites based on business needs.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 5 years Technical experience with physical security systems.
  • 2 years experience working with Lenel, Genetec, and Bosch systems.
  • 2 years experience troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance work with security cameras, access control readers, intrusion detection systems, and duress buttons.
  • 1 year experience working through large projects, interfacing to the end users as well as Information Technology professionals, and the ability for troubleshooting Enterprise security systems.
  • 1 year experience with Remote Desktop Connections, Quick Assist, MS Suite, Wireshark, TCP/IP and basic networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Related field
  • Certified Lenel Master Technician
  • SQL
  • Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
  • Lenel-OnGuard certification to include hardware/software
  • Lenel Enterprise certification
  • Lenel LNVR certification
