Responsibilities
FLSD (Fire and Life Safety Director) is responsible to implement the approved Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan for fire emergencies and take actions in response to non-fire emergencies as the building owner authorizes, based on the standard FDNY non-fire emergency procedures and the plan or procedures currently in place for the premises.

Experience:
- FLSD and Security: 2 years (Required)

- S12 Citywide Sprinkler and S13 Citywide Standpipe System COF (Required)
- Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) License F89 COF (Required)
- NYS Security License (8hr and 16hr certificate) (Required)
