Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarm systems to ensure a safe environment
- Contact regular patrols to check for any safety hazards
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
- Report any incidents or security breaches to the appropriate authorities
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site
- Work with Emergency personal as needed
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, minimum lift 25 lbs
- Must have FDNY Certificate of Fitness, or must be willing to obtain one.
