Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hourly patrols
- Report any fire safety hazards/prevent any hazards from occuring
- Must work close with any NYC emergency staff
- Must be willing to operate a handheld transceiver (HT) (Radio Communication)
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have good customer service skills
- NYS Security Guard License is a plus (Not a Requirement)
- Must have FDNY Fireguard Certificate of Fitness or must be willing to obtain FDNY Fireguard Certificate of Fitness (Required)
- Must be in good physical condition to sit, stand, walk, lift 25 lbs
