Account Executive (Fire Alarm/New Construction)

Position Summary:
The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in the organization, tasked with the development, maintenance, and evaluation of client accounts while cultivating strong and lasting relationships. This individual will serve as a key link between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Business Development and Relationship Building:
Proactively identify and acquire new buildings in the competitive NYC market, leveraging self-generated leads and established industry relationships.Cultivate and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
2. Proposal Design and Implementation:
Devise and execute comprehensive proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences, showcasing the organization's capabilities and value proposition.
3. Work Order Management:
Efficiently and accurately process and manage new work orders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED
- 5+ years in Fire Alarm Sales, with a proven track record of establishing valuable connections within the construction industry.
- Valid Driver Licenses required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with NYC Building Codes and NFPA72 regulations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the compliance landscape.
- Adeptness in utilizing software tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, familiarity with CRM software)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
