Project Details:Under the PS-QNS-2 construction contract, the Little Neck, Linden Place, and Park Drive East Pumping Stations will be upgraded so that they can remain in a good state of operation for the next twenty or more years.
Responsibilities
About the role:The Inspector for the project is responsible for examining the contractor’s work to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with the contract and shop drawings. The inspectors shall prepare daily inspection reports that summarizes contractor staffing, work activities, and production levels sufficient to allow for payment. The inspector must review and maintain T&M records as needed.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of DEP’s EHS Policies and Procedures, BEDC EHS Standards and all Federal, State, City and local regulations and requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Water Supply or Wastewater Sector, as applicable.
