We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong focus on outbound sales, business development, and account management to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & New Business Development:
- Drive outbound sales efforts by identifying and engaging with potential clients, including commercial property management companies, and other key decision-makers.
- Leverage experience in selling testing and inspections, fire systems service repairs, or similar services (e.g., security, HVAC) to acquire new accounts and generate business leads.
- Actively seek new business opportunities, partnerships, and build a robust pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential clients in the commercial property management industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that meet their fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguisher, and fire suppression system testing, inspection, and service repair needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base to maximize account growth.
Proposal Development & Sales Strategy:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals outlining the benefits and value of MCTPS’s services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client proposals align with company capabilities and client expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
Industry Knowledge & Expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements related to fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and fire suppression systems to effectively communicate service offerings to clients.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of fire safety system inspection and testing frequencies and requirements.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in outbound sales, business development, or service sales in industries such as fire safety, security, or HVAC services.
- Strong knowledge of testing and inspections or related service industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and fire suppression systems, as well as their inspection and testing requirements.
- Experience selling to commercial property management companies or related industries.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to business development and client management.
