We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with commercial property management companies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Expertise:Leverage a minimum of two years' experience in selling testing and inspections or fire systems service repairs.
Alternatively, consider candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in Service Sales to Commercial Property Management companies, such as Security, HVAC Services, etc.
Industry Knowledge:Demonstrate a solid understanding of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, and Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the value of our services.
Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial property management companies, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.
Proposal Development:Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, outlining the benefits and value of our testing, inspections, and repair services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
Sales Strategy:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships within the industry.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Minimum two years of experience in selling testing and inspections, fire systems service repairs, or Service Sales to Commercial Property Management companies.
- Strong understanding of the testing and inspections industry or related services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of fire safety systems and their inspection and testing requirements.
- Familiarity with security, HVAC services, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
