Responsibilities
- Perform system design calculations and analyze plumbing and fire protection system options using industry-standard engineering and hydraulic calculation software.
- Apply a strong understanding of building codes and standards to design projects.
- Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including domestic hot & cold water, drainage, natural gas, and various fire protection systems.
- Prepare detailed design documents, including basis of design reports, drawings (AutoCAD and Revit), and specifications.
- Ensure technical accuracy and high-quality presentation of design deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers across multiple disciplines.
- Manage project timelines, technical deliverables, and client communications.
