Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Three plus years of experience selling fire alarm and integrated security systems
  • Strong understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/plans
  • Understands job labor, material, and time requirements by analyzing bid documents
  • Develops cost estimates by gathering bid documents, blueprints, and project specification information
  • Develops and presents required bid documents and proposals
  • Successful track record selling to the “new construction” market through electrical and general contractors
  • Ability to close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives

Experience:

  • Selling to Electrical and General Contractors: 3 years (Required)
  • Selling Fire Alarm & Integrated Security: 3 years (Required)
  • Nicet level 2 Certified (Optional)
  • Vast knowledge of NYC Fire Alarm Codes
