Responsibilities
What you will do
- Work independently with oversight on company initiatives
- Work with our sales team to provide solutions for our customers’ complex commercial building requirements.
- Develop presentations, in conjunction with our account executives, to educate customers on JCI’s capabilities.
- Coordinate with senior managers on strategic initiatives relating to Sales, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Engineering.
How you will do it:
- Learn and gain access to multiple back-office systems.
- Collaborate with Account Executive teams on strategic initiatives.
- Learn about JCI capabilities through taking short courses on our JCI Learning platform.
- Utilize state of the art cloud-based platforms to perform work.
- Engage with the team in person and/or remote through MS Teams.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, marketing, or other relevant field
- An effective communicator to all levels of the organization
- Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
