Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer for our New York office who thrives on challenges. Suitable candidates need to possess knowledge and experience in the design of plumbing & fire protection systems and be familiar with all phases of building design, including construction administration.
Regular duties include:
Drafting of floor plans, details, schedules, diagrams, plumbing and fire protection systems
Layout of plumbing and fire protection systemsEquipment layout and sizing
Assist in surveys
Prepare schedules and details
Job Requirements
The basic requirements for this position include:
7-10 years of experience
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
General knowledge of applicable codes
