Safety Compliance Manager

A client of Insight Global is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across our properties. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Safety Manager to join our team and ensure our properties meet all regulatory requirements and safety standards. Job Summary: The Compliance and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance and safety within our property portfolio. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Compensation:
This position is paying between $75,000-$80,000 annually based on candidates years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and compliance programs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and compliance regulations.
• Train and educate staff on safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and safety violations.
• Collaborate with property managers to address and resolve safety and compliance issues.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety and compliance role, preferably in property management.
• OSHA 30 certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify potential hazards.
