5yr minimum Sprinkler Professional. NICET II/III Helps a ton, not fully required. Field Experience or Operations Experience. Leadership and Communication are key.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating with project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences.

- Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project.

- Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office.

- Managing the work schedules and timecards for all field staff.

- Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.

- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.

- Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.

- Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.

- Report results of work completed in an accurate and timely manner.

- Inspect and maintain the truck and all related equipment, putting in repair requests as necessary to maintain safe operation.

- Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including driver safety and personal protective equipment.

- Respond to emergency service calls.

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- Installing fire sprinkler systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

- Completion of all required weekly paperwork for CFP and as directed by the General Contractor for the job to which the crew is assigned.

- Communicating with the designer before making any design changes.

- Producing red-line drawings to turn into the designer.

- Attending project and coordination meetings as required.

- Documenting and reporting water damage, injuries, and/or accidents to immediately when an incident occurs.

- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, and Company Safety Policy.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3-5 years related experience and/or training.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email.

- Tox Screen, Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required; overtime may be required.

- Communication skills.

- Experience as a Fire Sprinkler Superintendent.

- Experience with commercial, residential, and/or industrial construction sprinkler projects.

- Proven knowledge of relevant NFPA codes.

- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Ability to act in a lead capacity and manage teams or groups of individuals on projects.

- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
