Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems related to fire protection and safety.

Work closely with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure systems meet client requirements and safety standards.

Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical evaluations of fire protection equipment and systems.

Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into building projects.

Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for fire protection systems.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire protection codes and standards (NFPA, etc.).

Provide support in system testing, troubleshooting, and field assessments as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience in fire protection systems or mechanical design is preferred, but not required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.) and other engineering tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
