Job SummaryAs a Fire Alarm Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of fire alarm systems and services, expanding our customer base, and developing strong, lasting relationships with clients. You will be an integral part of our team, helping customers make informed decisions about fire safety solutions for their homes or businesses.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with potential customers to assess their fire alarm needs.
  • Present and sell fire alarm products, services, and maintenance packages to prospective clients.
  • Provide expert consultation on fire safety regulations, codes, and system installations.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring follow-up after the sale.
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and fire safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards
  • Technical expertise in fire alarm products and services
  • Experience in conducting client visits and providing sales support
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of local code requirements is a plus
