Responsibilities

Position OverviewThe Senior Technician leads complex installations, provides advanced troubleshooting, and mentors apprentices and associates. This role ensures projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead installation and commissioning of advanced fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
  • Mentor and train apprentices and associates on technical skills.
  • Ensure installations meet NFPA, state, and local codes.
  • Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and customers.
  • Provide advanced diagnostics and problem resolution.

Job Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.Education & Experience

  • 4–6 years of fire system installation experience.
  • NICET Level II or higher strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of code compliance and system integration.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
