Responsibilities
FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Install, test, troubleshoot, service, commission, and program both existing and newly installed fire alarm systems
· Foster strong relationships with clients and customers while servicing their buildings
· Troubleshoot and program multi-brand fire alarm systems and equipment from various manufacturers
· Identify and resolve system failures, replace defective components, and troubleshoot using standard electronic testing tools
· Interpret and follow detailed drawings, diagrams, specifications, prints, manuals, and both written and verbal instructions
Job Requirements
FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:
· Extensive experience in fire alarm repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
· Required certifications: S98 or NICE II
· Availability for full-time and on-call shifts
· Ability to pass a thorough background check
