Farrers Fire Protection, a leading fire protection company based in Charlotte, NC, is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Full-Time Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business in servicing the Carolinas.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Complete all required paperwork for national accounts, ensuring accurate and timely submission of inspections and testing results.
- Maintain the daily schedule, handling any additions, rescheduling, or cancellations of jobs.
- Provide customers with industry-leading expertise, thoroughly discussing invoices, work orders, and any other relevant information.
- Proactively follow up with customers on past due invoices, ensuring timely payment and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, maintaining a neat and well-organized workspace, and effectively communicating with team members and customers.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
Preferred:
- While fire protection experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training to meet our company's high standards.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Proficient in using a laptop, Microsoft products, creating spreadsheets, and other relevant software.
- Excellent attendance and the ability to handle responsibility with a high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
