Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Senior Technician to join our team. The Fire Alarm Senior Technician will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful execution of fire alarm projects, that include parts and smarts, installation, testing, inspections, and servicing. Ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction. This individual will work closely with Division Lead Fire Alarms, technicians, vendors, and clients to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects

Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.
· Liaise with technicians, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and requirements.
· Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and maintaining project schedule.
· Prepare and distribute project documentation, including work orders, schedules, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, submit to the Division lead for issuance of purchase orders, and coordinating delivery of materials and equipment.
· Conduct site visits as needed to assess project requirements, verify work quality, and address on-site challenges.
· Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Support project closeout activities, including final inspections, client sign-off, and documentation of lessons learned.
· Provide weekly reporting on project status.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably with a local Fire Alarm Company.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
· Strong Background in Microsoft excel preferred.
· Use of Software to monitor inspection process.
· FDNY S-98 Required
· NICET Level II preferred
