Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Strategy team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Workforce Strategy practice has a multitude of specialties, including Health & Safety/ Life Safety, Ergonomics, Transportation/ Fleet Safety, Behavioral, and Industry Expertise. As a Construction Safety Consultant, you will collaborate with a team of experts and clients to address construction-related risks and enhance client safety outcomes.

Responsibilities
We will count on you to:
- Manage complex projects to deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Lead continuous risk improvement initiatives in construction safety, including assessment, creation, implementation, and monitoring of customized solutions.
- Monitor client performance through program assessments and data analytics.
- Independently develop large project proposals to expand clientele and innovate construction safety consulting solutions.
- Travel up to 70% to work closely with clients in the field.
Job Requirements
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Safety management
- Knowledge of advanced safety technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 70% to work with clients in the field.
What makes you stand out:
- CDS or CSP Certification (preferred, but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other client communication tools.
- Strong communication and professional writing skills.
