The estimated annual salary for this position is $66,560.00, which reflects our commitment to offering competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Management Trainee program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, and operations. Participants will work closely with experienced professionals to develop skills and knowledge necessary for success in the fire services industry. Following the program, participants will take on key roles as new business Sales Representatives, working to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Job Requirements

Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong academic record, a Bachelor's degree within six months, and an active driver's license. Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles, as well as business or related academic majors, are preferred. A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities are also desirable. Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program is essential.
