Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
- Assist guests, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and regulations, responding to situations requiring security intervention.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the seasonal period.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of NC Unarmed Security Guard Registration (PPSB).
- Experience in the security or customer service industry is preferred but not required; we are open to training motivated candidates without prior experience.
