As a Certified Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fire alarm systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance for our clients’ properties.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems by local codes and standards.
- Diagnosed and troubleshot fire alarm system malfunctions, performing repairs as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections and provide detailed reports on system performance.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors during system upgrades and service calls.
- Provide training to clients on properly using and maintaining fire alarm systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in fire alarm technology.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, inspections, and repairs.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid S-98 certification is required.
- NICET Level II certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in fire alarm service and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
