We are seeking dedicated Fire and Life Safety Directors to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. This role is critical in fostering a culture of safety and ensuring the well-being of all employees and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Duties
- Fire extinguisher annual/ monthly inspections.
- Semi annual fire alarm inspection/ elevator recall.
- Fire safety director conducting fire drills, training the fire brigade and fire wardens.
- Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide training and resources for employees on fire safety practices, including fire sprinkler fitting and alarm system operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding safety inspections and compliance issues.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Must have Fire and Life Safety Director Certification.
