Responsibilities
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises onsite security guard team to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices are being adhered to
- Performs regular onsite security checks to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed
- Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods
- Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm "clock-ins/clock-outs" are being completed for each scheduled shift per company protocol
- Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency according to company protocol
- Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations
- Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
- Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
- Additional tasks as needed
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid NYS Security Guard License
- Current F-02 Certification (Certificate of Fitness for Fire Guard)
- Minimum 3 years of security guard of supervisor experience
- Completion of 16 HR OJT Class required by NYS Licensing Division
- Valid CPR-AED certification a PLUS
- HS Diploma or GED
- Exceptional work ethic
- Proficiency or fluency in the following languages is a plus:
- Spanish, Arabic, French, English, Russian, Wolof, Turkish, Fulani, Chinese (Mandarin), Georgian
