- Thursday - Sunday 7am - 3pm
- Monday - Wednesday 11pm - 7am

Responsibilities
The Fire Safety Director is responsible for ensuring that plans are adequate and well-developed for safe and timely evacuations and emergency response. The director is also responsible for working with local fire departments and emergency responders to solicit input and support in creating a solid, workable response plan. Including but not limited to greeting guests, reporting any changes, disruptions and/or incidents to the property management team .The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills and be extremely organized.
Job Requirements
- Active NYC Fire Safety Director Certification REQUIRED (Z89, F89 or T89) IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS ONE OF THESE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
- Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests & creating memorable customer services experiences.
- Must devote their time and focus in securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting people who want to enter the venues premises.
- Must have the ability to respond to any emergency situations.
- Must be able to be on foot throughout entire shift.
