Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems.Troubleshoot and repair fire sprinkler components as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance activities.Collaborate with the CEO on licensing requirements and regulatory compliance.Assist in the development of business strategies and growth initiatives.Train and mentor junior technicians, as needed.
Job Requirements
10years of experience in fire sprinkler system inspection and maintenance.Strong knowledge of FDNY and NJ authorities' requirements and regulations.Valid certifications and licenses related to fire sprinkler systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to collaborate with the CEO and take on an ownership stake in the company.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
