Savage Search Associates was a vision created in 2019 by Lina Savage after working for one of the most distinguished search/staffing firms in the Southern California market, Abigail Abbott Staffing. Here she learned that delivering a unique personal experience is prevalent when being entrusted with clients’ and candidates’ career needs.

Lina’s two children, Jacob Savage, and Kristina Savage, are at the helm of Savage Search Associates alongside her driving their Mission to “Serve businesses and candidates by providing specialized staffing and consulting services to inspire and build rewarding careers.”
