Long hours and dirty jobs are what we do. Our work is tough, but we must not take ourselves too seriously. We want to be able to laugh at ourselves and  nd humor in our daily work. We place a high level of importance on ensuring that our team works in an environment that is friendly, warm, and fun. We encourage the behaviors at work that promote the closeness of an organization and a family. Our company culture emphasizes putting families first, business second. A strong home provides for a strong business. We also share responsibility for difficulties and celebrate each other’s successes, just as families often do.
