Winfield Security has successfully provided security services for over 45 years. We are based in Midtown Manhattan and we provide unarmed Security Guard Services to a large variety of clients throughout New York City. We are in search of an experienced Field Inspector - New York City / New Jersey
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, candidates must posses and perform the following:
- Ensure that all posts are filled
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all Company service and operating standards
- Generating and updating post instructions for accounts
- Site visits to ensure personnel are operating within company standards
- Administer disciplinary action to ensure adherence to company policies
Job Requirements
- A valid NYS Security License and experience
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must have clean driving record and valid auto insurance
- Must be flexible with time and availability
- Must be experienced in security guard supervision
- Experienced in client relations
- GED or High School Diploma required
- FDNY Certifications encouraged
