Responsibilities


Responsibilities

  • Full time weekly travel role: travel to different projects in a designated region
  • While at a project the Field Fire Alarm Manager will:
  • Check the quality of the physical install
  • Do project kick offs and scope clarification walks
  • Work with Site Contacts to develop relationships and built trust between Wachter and the customer
  • Check progress of install by the contractor against the timeline of the overall project
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by the in office Security Manager team
  • Field Managers will report onsite findings back to the in office Security Managers so that those managers can speak accurately about the project with the customer

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • College Education preferred, although not required.
  • Experience in Fire/Burg Alarm is a MUST; CCTV or Access Control is a plus
  • Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain facilities within the low voltage industry
  • Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Must type at least 40 WPM
