Topa Group is partnered with a rapidly growing Fire Protection company in DC-Baltimore - we're seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role oversees daily installation activities, ensures work is completed to NFPA 13 standards, and keeps projects on schedule through strong leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crews of 3–10 technicians
- Oversee fire sprinkler installations from layout to completion
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality, safety, and code compliance
- Troubleshoot field issues and coordinate solutions
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience
- Proven foreman or lead technician experience
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 13
- Valid driver’s license; safety-focused mindset
