Fire Sprinkler Division Manager

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Manager to lead field and project teams while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
Role Overview
- Lead and manage sprinkler installation and project teams
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance
- Coordinate with clients, GCs, engineers, and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 13, 14, 20 and local/state codes
- Support estimating, budgeting, and resource planning
- Promote a strong safety culture and conduct quality inspections
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years fire sprinkler experience; 5+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of NFPA and regional fire codes
- NICET II or higher preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
