We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Alarm Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial security and fire alarm systems. This role is strictly non‑residential, supporting offices, industrial facilities, retail, and institutional environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial intrusion and fire alarm systems
  • Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance in active commercial facilities
  • Diagnose wiring, device, panel, and communication issues
  • Conduct fire alarm testing in accordance with applicable codes and local requirements
  • Document service work, deficiencies, and corrective actions accurately
  • Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts, and internal teams
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience with commercial low‑voltage alarm systems
  • Experience servicing commercial fire alarm and security systems
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, plans, and device layouts
  • Familiarity with commercial jobsite environments
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
